Not Eligible for Exchange or Return:
- Simple change of mind
- Items that are lost or damaged due to customer mishandling, unless the packaging was damaged in order to confirm the contents of the product
- Items that lost commercial value due to opened or damaged packaging

취급시 주의사항 - 본 제품은 냉수 및 미온수 전용 제품입니다. 뜨거운 물을 넣어 사용하는 경우, 온도 변화에 따른 상품 파손 및 열 전도에 의한 화상의 위험이 있습니다.
- 유리 소재인 글라스컵은 갑작스러운 온도 변화에 따른 내부 팽창을 견디지 못해 파손되는 경우가 있습니다. 급격한 온도 변화는 피해주세요.
- 본 제품은 보온효과가 없으며 전자레인지에 넣어서 가열해서 사용하실 수 없습니다.
- 유리 소재인 글라스컵의 경우 표면에 줄 모양 스크래치나 미세 기포무늬등이 있을 수 있습니다. 이는 성형과정 중 유리가 식으면서 발생되는 무늬로 생산 시 발생되는 자연스러운 현상이며 상품의 불량 및 하자가 아닙니다.
- 사용하시기 전에 반드시 중성세제로 세척 후 사용하시고, 식기세척기에서의 사용이 불가합니다.
- 강한 충격(사용 중 떨어졌을 경우), 마찰이 있을 경우 파손될 수 있으며 파편에 의해 다칠 수 있으니 주의하세요.
- 살균, 소독을 목적으로 끓는 물에 삶거나 열탕 시에는 제품 파손 등 안전성의 문제가 발생할 수 있으니 주의하세요.
