2019년 한 해 동안 2nd MINI ALBUM [WE], 3rd MINI ALBUM [CROSS]. 두번의 컴백과 김진우의 첫번째 솔로 앨범 및 8개 도시에서 진행된 WINNER CROSS TOUR 등 누구보다 바쁘게 보낸 위너. ‘WINNER's 2020 WELCOMING COLLECTION [in BALI]’는 지상 최후의 낙원 발리에서 멤버들의 매력 넘치는 다양한 모습을 담은 포토북, 탁상용 캘린더, 벽걸이 캘린더, 포토카드 세트, 폴라로이드 세트 등으로 구성되어있다. 특히 리더 강승윤이 가장 가까이에서 멤버들을 직접 촬영한 사진으로 제작된 스페셜 포토북과 멤버들이 직접 그린 초상화로 제작된 엽서도 포함되어 소장가치를 높였다.
